Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.

Can I find out if you will be getting replacement stock on items that have sold out?
Some of the items on our website do sell out quickly and unfortunately we are unable to tell you if we will be getting more of a particular item. Saying that it is worth checking website regularly or emailing [email protected] for a update
Can I use more than one discount offer on my order?
Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Why doesn’t my promotional code work?

What is your returns policy for purchases?
If you are returning an item for a refund or exchanges, we can only accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date your order was dispatched. Items can only be returned for a refund or exchanges. Items purchased in the sale cannot be refunded but can be exchanged if item has not been used. All items must be returned unworn and as new, with the original tag still attached. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Any items returned with tags removed/washed/damaged/clearly used will NOT be accepted and your refund/voucher code will be refused. Please note that if you return any items outside of the 14 day return period for refunds/exchanges, this will not be valid and no refund or exchange will be accepted. For a return or exchange please complete the returns form which has been sent with your purchase. If you have misplaced this, please email [email protected]
